This Privacy Policy applies to the EjarPro mobile apps and website at https://ejarpro.cc (Kingdom of Bahrain).
1. Who we are
EjarPro is a rent and property management platform for landlords (building owners), tenants, and building staff.

2. Data we collect
- Account — name, email, phone, password (hashed), role, company / CR (landlords), language.
- Rental data — properties, units, contracts, rent amounts, tickets, uploaded photos/files.
- Payments — period, amount, status, invoice reference, method type. Card and wallet payments are processed by Tap Payments. We do not store full card numbers or CVV. We may store a payment token and card last-four if you save a card.
- Device — app version, platform, and push token (FCM) if notifications are enabled.
3. How we use data
- Provide the service (accounts, properties, contracts, rent collection, support tickets).
- Send transactional messages (payment received, overdue alerts, password reset, invites) by email, WhatsApp, and/or push — based on settings.
- Secure the platform and prevent fraud.
- Comply with applicable law.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:
- Service providers needed to run EjarPro (hosting, email, WhatsApp, Tap Payments).
- Other users as required by the product (e.g. a landlord sees their own tenants’ rental data).
- Authorities when required by law.
5. Retention & security
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for accounting or legal reasons. Access is role-based. Passwords are hashed. Connections use HTTPS.
6. Your rights & deleting your account
- Request access or correction: admin@ejarpro.cc.
- Delete account: in the app go to Settings → Delete account (password + type DELETE). We deactivate the account, revoke sessions, and remove personal contact details. Some payment/contract history may remain without personal identifiers for records.
7. Children
EjarPro is for adults managing rentals. It is not directed at children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
