By creating an account or using EjarPro you agree to these terms.
1. The service
EjarPro is a property rental management platform for landlords, tenants, and building staff in Bahrain. Features include contracts, rent payments, wallets/points, and support tickets.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- Landlords are responsible for data they enter about their properties and tenants.
- We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform or violate these terms.
3. Payments
Rent payments are processed via Tap Payments. Fees, chargebacks, and settlement follow Tap’s and your bank’s rules. Early-pay rewards (points) are governed by the landlord/platform settings shown in the app.
4. Contracts & content
Electronic signatures and uploaded documents are provided as a convenience. You remain responsible for the legal validity of contracts under applicable law.
5. Limitation of liability
EjarPro is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may be notified in-app or by email.
